Wesson Chopper First Edition number 8 of 10

$295.00

Wesson Chopper – First Edition – No. 8 of 10

Introducing the Wesson Chopper, the inaugural limited-edition kitchen knife from Wesson Knives.

Designed and crafted in Massachusetts, this distinctive chopper features an original Wesson 140 mm K-tip Ko-Bunka blade, precision laser-cut from repurposed, pre-hardened industrial M2 high-speed steel.

The distinctive K-tip design features a broad, curved cutting edge with an angular tip, offering versatility for slicing, chopping, and precision food preparation.

Number 8 features an elegant, dark espresso-brown octagonal handle with subtle wood-grain characteristics and a contrasting, nearly black upper section. Its clean, understated appearance reflects traditional Japanese-inspired styling while complementing the distinctive industrial character of the M2 high-speed steel blade. The commercially manufactured handle was individually fitted and assembled by Wesson Knives.

As part of our first production run, each knife features its own unique characteristics and subtle variations resulting from the finishing process. The repurposed M2 high-speed steel carries a history of industrial service, now given new life as a precision kitchen knife.

The blade retains natural variations and surface characteristics from its previous industrial service, giving each knife a distinctive, one-of-a-kind appearance.
