Introducing the Wesson Chopper, the inaugural limited-edition kitchen knife from Wesson Knives.
Designed and crafted in Massachusetts, this distinctive chopper features an original Wesson 140 mm K-tip Ko-Bunka blade, precision laser-cut from repurposed, pre-hardened industrial M2 high-speed steel.
The distinctive K-tip design features a broad, curved cutting edge with an angular tip, offering versatility for slicing, chopping, and precision food preparation.
Number 3 features a striking dark marbled octagonal handle with rich black and deep purple hues, creating a distinctive appearance with traditional Japanese-inspired styling. The commercially manufactured handle was individually fitted and assembled by Wesson Knives.
As part of our first production run, each knife features its own unique characteristics and subtle variations resulting from the finishing process. The repurposed M2 high-speed steel carries a history of industrial service, now given new life as a precision kitchen knife.
